The sauna was amazing, and our host was incredibly responsive and even came by to show us how to use it. We also loved the outdoor shower and fire pit with the solar lights.

A three-bedroom cottage in Stanley Bridge, minutes from Cavendish on PEI's North Shore.
Request your datesInner Beach Retreat sleeps 8 in three bedrooms: a queen on the main floor, two doubles in one upstairs room and two singles in the other. There is air conditioning on both floors, wifi, full laundry and a kitchen set up for proper cooking.
Out back you get a cedar sauna, an outdoor shower and a fire pit. Pets are welcome, and Cavendish is a few minutes down the road.
The living and dining space opens two storeys high, with a loft catwalk above and tall front windows. A three-sided, floor-to-ceiling fireplace warms the room when the evening turns cool.
A queen bedroom sits on the main floor across from the full bath. Upstairs, one room has two double beds and another has two singles, with a half bath between them. It works well for two families, or three generations together.
A black and cedar cabin with a glass front went in on its own deck in late 2025. Guests have made it part of their evenings, and one wrote that the bonus of the stay was using it every night.
Rinse the sand off under the outdoor shower when you come back from the beach, then settle around the fire pit for the evening. There is a propane fire table on the front deck too, with red Adirondack chairs round it.
The cottage sits on a quiet wooded lot in Stanley Bridge, a short walk from the bay. Cavendish, the North Shore beaches, golf and restaurants are a few minutes' drive.

…the perfect space for our three-generation party of seven. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the backyard and our evening wine around the front deck propane fireplace.
